The role
Ideals is uniquely positioned to disrupt the industry. We are looking for a VP of Marketing (remote) to elevate our brand recognition, scale demand generation, and drive revenue impact through strategic and data-driven marketing execution.
This role is a unique opportunity to shape the brand narrative, optimize marketing performance, and spearhead expansion into new markets in a purpose-driven, high-growth SaaS organization. You’ll lead a high-performing global team and oversee all aspects of brand strategy and product marketing to position Ideals as a Tier 1 player in the VDR space.

What you will do
- Own and execute product marketing strategy by defining positioning, messaging, and GTM plans for each product and market segment
- Leverage marketing research and data-driven insights to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and support decision-making
- Oversee digital and field marketing execution, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives
- Develop and optimize lead generation and ABM programs to scale inbound demand and deepen engagement with strategic accounts
- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion
- Manage budget and resources efficiently to maximize marketing impact
- Oversee external agencies and vendors to enhance execution capabilities while maintaining cost efficiency
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Drive content and thought leadership programs through blogs, events, video, email, reports, and industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts drive cohesive business growth
- Define and track clear ROI metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize performance, and demonstrate direct business impact
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with high-impact assets and enablement materials to support pipeline acceleration
What you bring
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS background preferred)
- 2+ years in a senior marketing leadership role within a fast-growing company
- Brand marketing portfolio with proven activation expertise across diverse channels and markets
- Hands-on experience in content, design, and growth initiatives
- Strong track record in scaling digital and field marketing programs to drive performance and revenue
- Solid understanding of demand generation and ABM initiatives
- Successful track of implementing marketing initiatives based on analytical and data-driven decisions
- Experience leading and developing remote, high-growth marketing teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Fluency in English (C1+ level)
