The role

Ideals is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing Design team. You will own and scale our recently rebranded design system across all marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across landing pages, campaigns, and digital assets. The core requirement today is AI-assisted design orchestration: you’ll direct, prompt, and quality-control AI-generated designs, prototypes, and code. And of course, creativity, strong calls-to-action, and design that attracts new clients are at the core of this role. The scope is roughly 60% maintaining and evolving the existing system with AI, and 40% new module design.

You will report to the Head of Marketing Design, working alongside 3 Graphic Designers, 4 UI/UX Designers, and a Motion Designer, and collaborate closely with SEO Managers, Product teams, and Marketing Managers.

What you will do

  • Create AI-assisted UX prototypes and UI mockups, delivering production-ready web pages

  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

  • Create marketing assets (ads, banners, infographics, visuals) using reusable and AI-assisted templates

  • Build and maintain prompt libraries, workflows, and playbooks for design and research

  • Maintain design systems, components, and style libraries; support other teams with assets and documentation

  • Write technical specs for developers; vibe-code prototypes using AI-assisted tools

  • Research new design approaches and AI tools; help establish creative direction and maintain brand guidelines

  • Ensure quality control throughout production

  • Share expertise and mentor other designers and developers

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements, behavior, and feedback

What you bring

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1)

  • 5+ years of commercial UI/UX experience; 6+ months of deep hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools

  • Advanced Figma (prototyping, component libraries, design systems)

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Confident use of Claude Design (or similar) for ideation, prompt engineering, and code-assisted prototyping

  • Experience with image-generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E) and AI dev platforms (Lovable, v0, Bolt, Cursor)

  • Strong mastery of design theory – typography, visual hierarchy, layout, accessibility, information architecture

  • Experience researching user needs, competitors, and emerging technologies

  • Ability to analyze user behavior, conversion metrics, and UX data

  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS; ability to write clear specs for developers

  • Strong business understanding and ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for usability, accessibility, and brand fit

  • Curiosity and critical thinking to independently assess and improve AI-generated design decisions

Nice to have

  • Background with SaaS, B2B, e-commerce products, or creative/design agencies

  • Experience designing for a data room, fintech, or similar business-facing product

  • Portfolio showcasing marketing/web projects with a strong focus on conversion and brand consistency
