The role

Ideals is among the Top-5% of all companies on RepVue, as rated by Sales professionals. The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue.

To support the rapid expansion of Ideals VDR business in the US, with teams in NYC and Chicago, we are looking for our first Sales Development Representative based in the Washington, D.C area, eager to fast-track their sales career and fuel our continued double-digit growth.

In this role, you will target key US account decision-makers to attain the set revenue goals. We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of our US expansion and is an ideal starting point for a fulfilling B2B sales career within a hyper-growth tech environment.

Tech stack we use: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, Phantombustrer, Woodpecker

We offer a competitive compensation package with a 70% base salary and 30% performance-based variable. Base salary range: USD 54,000 – 69,000.

What you will do

  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in the US tracking personal sales activities in CRM

  • Conduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contact

  • Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects

  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects

  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process

  • Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community

What you bring

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry

  • Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota

  • Strong business communication skills in English, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions

  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport

  • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
