The role

We continue to grow our Sales team in Bogotá and are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR in North America.

Backed by a great product, supportive leadership, and a global go-to-market playbook, you’ll focus on driving new customer adoption across North America – with a focus on M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Legal, and Corporate Development, among other sectors where secure, high-stakes deal-making is critical.

Tech stack we use: Hubspot, Lusha (possible), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AmpleMarket, Power Dialer.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across North America

  • Research target persona dealmakers such as M&A advisors, CFOs, and legal teams to deliver an impactful initial contact

  • Book qualified product demos for Account Executives

  • Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport

  • Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies

  • Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot

What you bring

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to North America markets

  • Strong business communication skills in English (C1+ level) – verbal and written

  • Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers

  • Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast

  • Fast learning ability and tech-savviness with CRMs and sales tools

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in the SaaS industry

  • Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry

  • Experience communicating with the C-suite

  • Selling for biotech fundraising and licensing, mid-market advisories, and vault
