The role
We’re expanding the EMEA SDR team in Serbia, and hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
You’ll be joining Ideals Board, our fast-growing SaaS platform, as we embark on an ambitious mission to replicate the global success of Ideals VDR. Backed by the same proven leadership, support, and go-to-market playbook, you’ll drive on driving new customer adoption across EMEA – with a focus on Finance, Healthcare, Education, and Non-profits, among other sectors where secure board collaboration is critical.

What you will do
Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across EMEA
Research target personas to deliver an impactful initial contact
Book qualified product demos for our Account Executives
Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport
Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies
Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot
What you bring
1 – 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to EMEA markets
Strong business communication skills in English – verbal and written
Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers
Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast
Fast learning ability and tech-savvy with CRMs and sales tools
Nice to have
Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
