The role
Performance Marketing function, spanning across paid and organic channels, plays an important role in our company’s success, helping acquire new clients and providing revenue growth. Currently, we are looking for a Head of Digital (Director) to lead our Performance Marketing team, and implement and own the performance marketing strategy to support our business growth internationally.
This role reports directly to our VP of Marketing, and is ideally suited for an ambitious leader who excels at driving innovative strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, and translating them into actionable results.
What you will do
- Identify and implement a performance marketing strategy
- Lead and develop a performance marketing team, overseeing OKRs and driving them to achieve ambitious goals
- Utilize scenario/outcome-based performance forecasting for all main OKRs and key contributing KPIs
- Evaluate and manage both internal (budgets, staff) and external (agencies, technology/tools) resources efficiently
- Work with external agencies and in-house design and content teams to improve creative and messaging across media channels, website, form, and pipeline experiences
- Collaborate with Inside Sales teams to create campaigns that maximize volume, efficiency, prospect, and customer intelligence from awareness through consideration to sales conversion
- Collaborate with BI/analytics, data, and measurement teams to drive improvements to Performance Marketing analytics
- Evaluate, manage and implement new marketing technology systems to enhance sales volume and efficiency
- Contribute to country-specific market research efforts focused on improving messaging and channel strategy to convert prospects
- Collaborate with other Sales & Marketing colleagues to update and maintain intelligence around ICPs / and personas
- Monitor competitor activity specific to growth and prospecting strategies
What you bring
- 7+ years of proven experience in the B2B Performance Marketing area globally (SaaS background preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in team management and development
- Experience successfully developing, executing, and managing a performance marketing strategy and associated budgets
- Mandatory proficiency in performance marketing channels such as paid search, SEO, paid social, programmatic, and rating platforms
- Strong data-driven approach and analytical thinking (expert level in Excel; Tableau, HubSpot – nice to have)
- Expertise in evaluating, hiring, and managing external agencies
- Confidence in identifying and recommending messaging, design, and UX improvements
- Self-starter with the ability to make decisions autonomously
