We’re looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist, Japan to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years. You’ll mainly work on roles within our Sales and Marketing teams (mostly in Japan), managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer. Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent in the market. This one-year contract role is fully remote within Japan.

You’ll have the possibility to innovate, optimize processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor. You’ll be supported with top-tier recruitment tools (Ashby, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monday) to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in hiring.

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager

  • Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networks) to identify top GTM talent.

  • Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary

  • Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays)

  • Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages

  • Maintain project documentation and analytics

  • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns

  • Provide excellent candidate experience

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to align on role requirements, interview structures, and candidate experience

  • Manage projects mainly across Japan.

What we look for

  • 2+ year of experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects

  • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour

  • Understanding of international sourcing principles

  • Rapport and relationship-building skills

  • Fluency in English (C1 and above) and Japanese (C2/Native)
