The role

We’re hiring an experienced inbound Account Executive to own the ANZ region commercially. You’ll be the person converting high-intent inbound opportunities into long-term clients, working a full sales cycle with strong enablement, a recognized brand, and a product that solves a genuine problem for M&A and legal teams across the region.

What you will do
Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demos, live meetings) from potential customers in the assigned territory
Help customers solve their complex problems using Ideals’ modern internal tools and techniques
Deliver a high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keep the sales process compliant
Present the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations)
Feed market intelligence back into the team to improve the sales process and deliver the best on-the-market buying experience
Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed-lost opportunities to convert them into customers
What you bring
2+ years in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS tech environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, demonstrating confidence, clarity, and adaptability in style
Self-motivation, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer problems, acting as an expert consultant
Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)
Nice to have
Experience with outbound sales strategies
Experience in selling financial products or services
Experience in a remote-first selling environment
A track record of suggesting and implementing improvements in sales techniques or negotiation strategies at a team level
