The role
We are looking for a professional Sales Account Executive to join our Board team remotely. In this role, your main objective will be managing the inbound ead and SDR-generated lead volume across America and EMEA and converting them into actual paying customers using different sales techniques.
You’ll be joining Ideals Board, our fast-growing SaaS platform, as we embark on an ambitious mission to replicate the global success of Ideals VDR. You will have a focus on Finance, Healthcare, Education, and Non-profits, among other sectors where secure board collaboration is critical.
Please note that for this role, we only hire candidates based in Florida or willing to relocate there.
What you will do
- Conduct discovery, demos, and negotiations with inbound Board prospects and SDR-qualified leads
- Manage pipeline in HubSpot and ensure all deal stages are updated accurately
- Work closely with SDRs to maximize the quality and volume of qualified demos
- Host and participate in customer-facing webinars to support awareness, education, and conversion
- Provide insight to the business on buyer objections, trends, and opportunities
- Support ongoing team enablement by sharing learnings and contributing to playbook development
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in a full sales cycle closing role (SaaS/tech environment would be a plus)
- Outbound sales experience is a must
- Experience in selling financial products or services would be a significant advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Competence in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
- Proficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)
- Strong problem identification and objections handling skills
