The role
As we grow as a company and expand further into the Enterprise space, we are looking to add an Account-based Marketing Manager (ABM Manager) to our team. This newly created role will play a key part in shaping and driving our growing upmarket/enterprise market motion. By partnering with our Field Sales teams globally, the ABM Manager will be involved in both foundational development and campaign execution. This person will develop comprehensive research, account planning, and mapping out buying committees. One of their first tasks will be to create new dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time insights, ensuring seamless alignment, and visibility of key accounts for the Leadership and broader Sales and Marketing teams.
Equally importantly, the ABM Manager will help design and execute highly targeted campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth. This will be done by leveraging personalized messaging, multi-channel tactics, and deep account insights to align with the unique needs of Enterprise clients.
What you will do
- Partner cross-functionally to create unified global account plans and enhance the current Enterprise marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Teams to define segment priorities and establish quarterly actionable plans that drive measurable results
- Lead the enhancement of current ABM initiatives, lifecycle, and foundational aspects
- Develop new, targeted campaigns from the ground up that directly support enterprise sales goals and align with the global account strategy
- Oversee the planning, execution, and improvement of multi-channel marketing programs such as webinars, digital initiatives, ABM activations, offline events, brand, and acquisition initiatives
- Implement and monitor comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems that measure key accounts progress and program success against Sales & Marketing KPIs
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience working in Account Based Marketing
- At least 5 years of total experience in Marketing
- Experience building and successfully operating ICPs from scratch
- Experience supporting enterprise GTM of a B2B product
- Advanced knowledge of ABM and nurturing processes, tools & technology
- Fluency in English (C1 Level or higher)
Nice to have
- Experience working with a SaaS product
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
