We are looking for a VP of Marketing to shape and execute iDeals’ marketing strategy, manage high-performing teams, create compelling campaigns, and introduce improvements throughout different programs.

We’re looking for someone based in Switzerland, Germany, or the UK. 


  • Develop and execute the brand and product marketing strategy, aligning content, design, and growth activities
  • Shape brand positioning while considering different channels, audiences, and timing
  • Manage and expand digital and field marketing operations, guiding initiatives and evaluating opportunities to strengthen the brand in the market
  • Direct the actions of public relations, press offices, and communication vehicles
  • Conduct ABM, community, and lead generation projects based on prospect/customer behaviors throughout the journey, from lead capture to contract renewal
  • Manage the marketing team, including hiring and providing opportunities for increased performance and growth
  • Manage freelancers’ and vendors’ relationships, selection, performance, and costs
  • Implement metrics to measure initiatives and increase reporting transparency based on analytical indicators
  • Research and trace the factors impacting the market, business, competitors, and marketing solutions
  • Own the marketing budget aiming in the targeted direction.

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in SaaS will be a differential factor
  • Hands-on background in content, design, and growth initiatives
  • Extensive experience in both field and digital marketing, scaling and improving activities, performance, and processes
  • Successful track of implementing marketing initiatives based on analytical and data-driven decisions
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of the demand generation process
  • Brand marketing portfolio, background shaping a brand story, position, and aligning content, and design guidelines accordingly
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing remote teams at a rapidly growing business
  • Excellent communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English
