The Role

People have been the key success factor in our business growth. We have grown 4 times in the recent 4 years into a team of over 400 people in 30+ countries worldwide. Now, we face the new challenge of scaling up twice in the next 4 years.

We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager who will build a scalable compensation & benefits system and transform our processes while developing a team. This role reports to the Director of People Operations. It is a perfect fit for a hands-on leader who wants to make an impact on shaping an exceptional employee experience and sustainable growth by applying international best practices. 

What You Will Do

  • Work with iDeals Leadership to design, implement, and maintain a global compensation strategy
  • Make the transition from just salary benchmarking to holistic total rewards planning 
  • Create and implement a scalable annual compensation review process 
  • Build and manage the total rewards team 
  • Drive operational improvements in tools & policies by following external market trends, insight & internal best practices
  • Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, such as market analysis and the structure of local incentive plan designs 
  • Be an internal advisor on global best practices and compensation-related compliance
  • Select benchmarking data providers and manage relationships with them
  • Prepare compensation & benefits data for participation in external benchmarking surveys
  • Drive communication and education of compensation & benefits programs and long-term value to employees and managers.
  • Foster strong cross-funtional relationships with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive efficiencies and simplify workflows
  • What We Look For

  • Experience in designing, planning, and implementing a total rewards system within globally distributed companies (20+ locations, 1.5k+ employees) in the IT, tech, or B2B SaaS industry
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of at least 3 people
  • Extensive experience in developing comprehensive compensation benchmarks for the US, EU, ex-CIS countries, and Asia
  • Experience working with data providers such as Comptryx, Radford, and other similar providers
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation principles, benchmarking methodologies, salary practices, and legal restrictions in various countries
  • Confidence in handling cases where benchmarking data is limited or absent
  • Expertise in process transformation and quality control, including design, change communication, implementation, and stakeholder training
  • Detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to be a hands-on leader, shaping the strategy and supporting operational processes
  • Resourcefulness, an optimistic attitude, and a strategic and practical mindset
  • Strong expertise in quantitative analysis in Excel and ability to use data to make decisions and measure the effectiveness of different initiatives 
  • Fluency in English (at least C1)
  • Nice To Have

  • Experience with incentive systems for globally distributed sales teams
  • Background in management consulting or data provider firms
  • Experience in budgeting
  • Certification in HR or Compensation (e.g., SHRM, WorldatWork)
