The Role

As our goal is to double our headcount within the next four years, we’re seeking a Total Rewards Lead/Expert to join us remotely from Ukraine or Poland. This role is essential in revolutionizing our total compensation approach across 20+ locations. Your expertise in building a total rewards system for over 1000 employees and creating systematic job pricing from scratch will be instrumental to iDeals’ success.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Total Rewards, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Director of People Operations. You’ll play a critical part in automating and scaling our annual compensation review process, directly contributing to our growth and innovation.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee iDeals approach to the total compensation package
  • Manage compensation processes transformation to adjust them to the future business scale and needs
  • Monitor and update salary ranges for all current and future positions
  • Be internal advisor on the best compensation review practices and compensation-related compliance
  • Train internal stakeholders on how to conduct compensation reviews
  • Manage partnership with salary benchmarking service providers
  • Lead the team of 2 people
  • What We Look For

  • Strong knowledge of benchmarking methodologies, salary practices, job evaluation principles
  • Confidence in handling cases where benchmarking data is limited or absent
  • Readiness to work with benchmarks for unique roles, utilizing different sources (salary providers data, candidate salary expectations, and open sources)
  • Willingness to be a hands-on leader, shaping the strategy and supporting operational processes
  • Detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Highly motivated, highly determined, passionate, adaptable, resilient and persistent
  • Resourcefulness, an optimistic attitude with a strategic and practical mindset
  • Fluency in English (at least C1)
  • Nice To Have

  • Experience in designing, planning, and implementing a total rewards system within globally distributed companies 
  • Expertise in process transformation, automation and quality control, including design, change communication, implementation, and stakeholders training
  • Experience in creating salary benchmarks for IT roles
  • Background in management consulting or data provider firms
  • Experience with incentives system for globally distributed sales teams
