Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen the hiring objectives for our Engineering Department. iDeals focuses on the quality of the talent acquisition process and prioritizes objective hiring. In this role you will focus on 2-3 hiring projects, managing the candidate funnel from screening to job offer stage. You will be supported by a coordinator, souring specialists, and top-end recruitment tools to improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of the hiring process.

You will work close to Senior Talent Sourcer Sasha and Talent Acquisition Specialists.

  • Manage recruitment cycle (screening, assessment, interviewing, closure)
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to fulfill business needs
  • Share expertise and guide the hiring project
  • Interview candidates using competency-based interviewing
  • Meet SLA, deadlines, recruitment process stages
  • Provide excellent candidate experience
  • Partner with sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent
  • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
  • Utilize tools for efficient processing (we use Lever, Monday, Calendly, Gem, LinkedIn Premium, Djinni on a daily basis)
  • Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Experience with tech recruitment in one or multiple regions
  • Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
  • Knowledge of competency-based approach
  • Understanding of sourcing basic principles
  • Rapport and relationship building skills
  • B1+ level of English (strong intermediate)

  • Experience with international recruitment
