Now we are looking for a Backend Tech Lead to enhance our Engineering team.

Tech stack:  .NET, ASP.NET CORE, Distributed System, Angular, MSSql, PostgreSQL, cloud-agnostic (on-premises, AWS) 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Build and develop effective functional collaboration by unifying backend practices and approaches within several cross-functional Product teams 
  • Participate in all phases of the Software development lifecycle as a member of cross-functional
  • Product team by analyzing requirements, designing and implementing the new product increments, change requests, defects removal, spikes, and proofs-of-concept
  • Provide high-quality solutions by maintaining the test coverage for the product on an acceptable level according to the Definition of Done criteria 
  • Performing thoughtful code reviews for colleagues, help others by conducting high-quality code reviews 
  • Participate in hiring activities: take part in technical interviews, live coding, share detailed feedback to hiring best technical talent in the function 
  • Mentorship, knowledge sharing
  • WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Extensive experience with С# ASP.NET Core, microservice architecture, event-driven architecture
  • Be able to support the success of value delivery by enabling the team with the best practices and deep expertise in the concrete domain or technology
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable software solutions
  • Passion for new technologies and performing research and development tasks
  • Ability to learn fast, collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in English (at least B2/Upper-intermediate)
