The Role

People have been the key success factor in our business growth, and we are deeply committed to recruiting the best talent on a global scale. We have grown 4 times in the recent 4 years into a team of over 400 people in 30+ countries worldwide. Now, we face the new challenge of scaling up twice in the next 4 years with a major focus on extending sales & marketing functions, mostly in Europe, the UK, and the US.

We have a supercharged team of experienced recruiters and TA leads, sourcers, and a marketing specialist equipped with state-of-the-art tools like unlimited LinkedIn Recruiter package, Lever, Gem, and a bunch of productivity applications and extensions. The hiring culture is well-adopted and embraced across the entire organization, with sourcing and strategic pipelinging recognized as the cornerstone of our recruitment process.  

We are on the lookout for a tech-savvy Talent Sourcing Lead to oversee our talent sourcing function and team. As the Lead, your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, with a continuous focus on refining the sourcing process. You will be a driving force in iDeals’ global expansion, ensuring the identification and engagement of top-tier candidates who mirror our goals and values.

What You Will Do

  • Create and implement market intelligence strategies and execute strategic pipelining efforts
  • Continuously improve sourcing frameworks, tools, and approaches to enhance efficiency 
  • Analyze processes, monitor their performance, and recommend improvements to refine collaboration with internal clients and streamline recruitment team operations
  • Take hands-on ownership of complex hiring projects from start to finish
  • Manage relationships with internal clients through regular communication, proactively scoping out their needs and being part of the solution
  • Oversee the allocation of sourcing team resources to ensure optimal performance
  • Guide and mentor the sourcing team, supporting their professional growth and development
  • What We Look For

  • A demonstrated track record of successfully leading global-scale sourcing projects
  • Solid experience in talent sourcing for GTM roles globally 
  • Competence in managing sourcing teams and supervising team performance
  • Strong expertise in Google X-ray Search, Boolean Search, and data enrichment techniques
  • Proficiency in using a range of TA tools (ATS, data enrichment, data extraction tools, outreach platforms, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to track and evaluate sourcing metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in crafting high-quality, engaging content, optimizing content performance and conversion rates
  • Creative mindset and proactive approach to exploring new tools and tackling sourcing challenges
  • Fluency in English (C1)
