That’s why we are looking for an experienced Talent Development Head, who will help us to align our people development path with business growth and make our employee’s career journey joyful, meaningful, and successful.
The People Team’s mission is to create an exceptional employee experience for iDealers to be at their best in order to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. The People Team is also growing and advancing to enable the continued success of iDeals. Currently, our People Team consists of several streams: People Operations, People Experience, and People Performance & Development.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Therefore, the mission of this Role is to establish the Talent and Learning function to ensure iDeals people are performing at their best, actively developing for future growth with the neoteric talent & learning tools, programs, and career opportunities; to ensure the company is developing current and future leaders and cultivating the desired culture to achieve its vision and mission.
You will work directly with our inspiring VP of People Nina Grosse and all business function leaders to define and implement the talent and learning strategy to pace with the company and teams’ growth. You will develop and drive the realization of an integrated and forward-looking approach to performance management, career development, learning, talent assessment, and succession planning, using the most appropriate and contemporary methodologies, platforms, and tools.
You will start as a manager of one Senior Assessment and Development Specialist and will be enabled to amplify your team of specialists and source best-fitting external partners to deliver high impact.
