The Role

People have been the key success factor in our business growth, and we are deeply committed to recruiting the best talent on a global scale. We grew 4 times in the recent 4 years into a team of over 400 people in 30+ countries worldwide. Now we have a new challenge of scaling up twice in the next 4 years with a major focus on extending sales & marketing functions mostly in Europe, the UK, and the US.

We have a supercharged team of experienced recruiters and TA leads, sourcers, and marketing specialist equipped with state-of-the-art tools like unlimited LinkedIn Recruiter package, Lever, Gem, and a bunch of productivity applications and extensions. Our recruitment process prioritizes assessment quality and attracting the best talent in the market. Lastly, the hiring culture is well-adopted and embraced throughout the organization.

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to connect all the dots and propel us to the next level of TA strategic planning and execution. It includes growing team skills, enhancing marketing efforts, improving efficiency and the process, and bringing the best possible candidate and hiring team experience. This role plays a critical part in achieving the company’s business strategy goals.

As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will closely partner with the People Operations and Learning & Development teams, as well as company leaders, to implement the best TA practices while maintaining a strong employer brand. You will report directly to Anton Maslov, our VP of Operations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives 
  • Bridge employer brand strategy with TA marketing initiatives, driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda and establishing an inclusive approach to candidate sourcing and selection 
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization
  • Define key strategic projects to drive improvements and achieve short-term & long-term goals
  • Lead a global TA team
  • Oversee key metrics and react to any deviations, while measuring the effectiveness of hiring projects
  • Monitor industry dynamics, anticipate their impact on talent acquisition, and provide expert insights and recommendations to C-suite executives
  • Manage existing and find new partners to support different areas of TA operations
  • What We Look For

  • A successful track record of having achieved success in a similar role for a global organization
  • Demonstrated experience in operating at leadership team level within a highly complex global company
  • Experience in global recruitment for sales and marketing teams 
  • Expertise in TA marketing and candidate experience activities
  • A passion for and high commitment to achieving diversity and inclusion from a talent acquisition standpoint
  • Networking and external events participation 
  • A high level of project and vendor management experience (including third-party recruiters and executive search firms)
  • The ability to provide leadership, work collaboratively, and consult effectively and independently with senior levels of the organisation
  • Fluency in English (C2)
