Currently, we’re looking for an SEO Senior Manager who will grow in the short term and manage the Team of SEO Specialists as well as participate in the development and implementation of effective SEO strategy for getting high and stable results in websites ranking.
Our SEO Department has its own link building, development, content, and design teams to provide unlimited resources in getting TOP 1.
You will be able to work with the best tools for automatization developed especially for internal purposes and moreover realize your own ideas.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Strategically: Build & execute a website SEO strategy to get a higher ranking in SERP.Constantly explore and assess new SEO methods and techniques.Develop management skills to lead a team of CEO managers in the near future.Operationally:Conduct detailed website analysis, recognizing prevailing problems and opportunities, focusing on crawlability, site architecture, and site content.Regularly perform keyword research, react timely to the website position changes.Perform competitive research, determining what competitors are doing right and wrong and how these tactics influence their websites.Identify improvement opportunities within a website that could enhance the user experience and increase the conversion rate.Carry an audit and supervise the implementation of the on-page website optimization.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:Successful experience as Senior SEO at least 5 years.Expertise in full SEO strategy development and implementation on international markets.Deep understanding of all-hats SEO.On-page and off-page optimization.Strong user of Google Analytics and Google Optimize (GTM, Goals, Conversions, Events, Segments).Strong user of Ahrefs.Proficiency in keywords analysis and clustering.Experience in competitors and niches analysis.Successful experience in A/B testing, both for SEO and Conversation Rates Google Optimize – would be nice.
