We’re looking for one more Senior Talent Sourcer to support and enhance our Company growth – build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse and inclusive pools of top talented candidates from Ukraine and the International market as well.
We are on our way to building a strong Sourcing Team to find the best talents for iDeals and widen our global candidates’ network. We use various tools that simplify and speed up sourcing, for example, Gem (CRM for sourcing), Gem + Lever automation, Phuntombuster, Improver, Coda, Calendly, Monday, LinkedIn and etc. And you’ll be provided with all possibilities to widen and deepen your professional expertise in sourcing exactly and become a part of our super-engaged team.
Our multinational TA team consists of 15 members from 5 countries worldwide and a sourcing group as a dedicated unit.
You will work directly with our managing leaders: Anton and Anna, the Sourcing team of 2 specialists, and Talent Acquisition Specialists.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Find, engage & activate passive candidates for a current pipeline/future hiring needs in every possible way (Linkedin, social media, extensive name generation, taking advantage of user groups, blogs, and other relevant spaces on the webWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the role’s requirements, the function, and how it fits into the organizationRegularly track pipeline metrics to share with internal stakeholders, recommend and drive improvements that impact specific pipeline areasStrategize different ways to build & engage both passive & active talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and outreach campaignsKeep an eye on the existing database, continuously filling in the details missing from the profiles and re-engaging existing talent pools for the new requisitionsBe knowledgeable about iDeals and why people should work hereProactively seek the team’s input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other, even though input may not need input.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:2+ years of in-house or agency experience with sourcingExtensive technical sourcing experience including but not limited to sourcing for engineering, product, and design departmentsUpper-Intermediate English level (B2): we operate in a multicultural environment and you will also have an opportunity to work with international projectsOutstanding research and sourcing skills (you definitely have more than boolean search up your sleeve)Your sourcing/recruiting toolbox is heavy with the instruments (email extractors, browser extensions, people aggregator tools) helping you gather a bunch of information on a prospect and so enabling you to make your approach personalizedHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & Client Relationship Management (CRM) — we use Lever & GemA flexible, adaptive approach: you can shift to changing priorities and try different and new tools and methods to achieve outstanding resultsStrong interpersonal, effective business communication, and cross-cultural skills to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
WOULD BE A PLUS:Successful track record of sourcing outside of LinkedIn (StackOverflow, Github, Gitter, etc.)Experience sourcing within international markets (US, Asia, India, Germany, or UK).
