The Role

The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To support the rapid growth of iDeals VDR, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in Shanghai to actively contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategy for China.

As a vital member of our APAC Field Sales team, your main objective will be to target key decision-makers of key accounts in China, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. This includes lead generation and supporting M&A Community activities. We seek a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills who can effectively coordinate and participate in outreach activities and set up demos. This role offers an ideal path for a fulfilling B2B sales career within a hyper-growth tech environment.

What You Will Do

  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in China tracking personal sales activities in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Conduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contact
  • Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
  • Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community
  • B2B 市场Mapping 和发掘并联系潜在客户;

  • What We Look For

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales
  • Strong business communication skills in Mandarin (native) and English (at least B1), including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
  • Tenacity to work through rejections and resilience to continuously grow in Sales
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
  • 至少1年及以上B2B对外销售经验
  • 优秀的沟通能力:普通话母语,和基本的英语 (CET-4)
  • 熟练的销售技巧,能够妥善处理客户的拒绝和引导客户
  • 有金融、科技、B2B SaaS 或专业服务行业工作经验 (例如专家网络)者优先
  • 拥有商业、市场营销、金融或相关领域的学位优先
  • 坚韧不拔地克服拒绝和韧性成为hunter销售代表
  • 能够快速学习并根据反馈进行调整 熟练地以结果为导向的hunter心态快速建立与目标客户的融洽关系

  • Previous work experience in the Finance, Technology, B2B SaaS, or professional service industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field
