Senior Sales Development Representative (Poland)

We are looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, your main objective will be to target decision-makers in key accounts across Poland and CEE to attain the set revenue goals. We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills who can successfully coordinate and participate in outreach activities and demos set up.


  • B2B mapping and performing outreach activities on named accounts in Poland
  • Prospecting through outbound calls to cold leads
  • Conducting comprehensive research of the customer’s persona before the initial contact
  • Organizing demos for field sales with qualified prospects and taking an active part in them
  • Proactively initiating communication, building rapport, and maintaining active engagement with prospects
  • Collecting information and feedback on the prospects and moving them through the qualification process
  • Helping coordinate physical events and distribute content from M&A Community
  • Actively contributing to the execution of sales and marketing strategy
  • Off-site meetings in CEE (5-10% of total time)
  • Keeping a track record of personal sales activities in CRM

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales
  • Native Polish, strong business communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the best sales technics, professionally dealing with objections and passing gatekeepers
  • Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry/Financial services/Consulting
  • Knowledge of key players and Capital/Financial market trends
  • Tenacity to work rejections and resilience to become a hunter sales
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt based on feedback
  • Proficiency in building fast rapport with a result-driven hunter mindset

  • Background in SaaS B2B or professional Financial Services sales
