WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Senior Product Manager for iDeals, you will have an important role in company growth by owning the roadmap for one of the multiple cross-functional product teams (including engineers, designers, data analysts). Customer centricity, out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to find highly impactful problems and develop efficient solutions are key components for succeeding in this role. 

You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with multinational iDealers in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

Some example initiatives that we recently worked on include a tool that gives a simple way to protect sensitive data (Redaction), a new release with updates for our file viewer, and advanced reporting to track data usage across multiple projects.

Insights

Your goal will be to create an in-depth reporting experience that allows our customers to answer their business questions, analyze project’s activity metrics, and track literally any action taken within the product via a comprehensive audit trail. 

Documents experience

You will be responsible for the very core part of the virtual data room related to processing, optical character recognition (OCR), transformation, and viewing documents in different formats (we already support 25+ file formats, but our clients need even more). 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to get insights and generate new hypotheses
  • Think big to create and support a vision for your product area
  • Express your vision via an ambitious, but effective roadmap
  • Collaborate with data analysts, designers, and engineers to define, test, and deliver right solutions iteratively
  • Contribute to Go-to-Market strategy and collaborate with Content, Sales, and Marketing teams to tell a story behind each feature and contribute to revenue growth
  • Communicate broadly to the company about upcoming plans and opportunities being an evangelist for your cross-functional team’s interests and roadmap within the company
  • Evaluate results and metrics of delivered solutions to make conclusions and define next steps
  • WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED:

  • Extensive Product Management experience with B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise products
  • Ability to understand industry and market trends to use those insights in product development
  • Experience working both with qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to inform decisions
  • Passion for the best possible user experiences supported by easy-to-use user interfaces and exceptional usability
  • Experience of going through a full product development lifecycle: integrating customer needs into product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), driving prioritization, and pre/post-release execution
  • Orientation on effective cross-functional collaboration via open, respectful, and empathic communication 
  • Proficiency in English (C1/Advanced)
  • Bonus point: understanding of M&A, fundraising, and other financial operations
  • Bonus point: experience with Scrum and/or other agile-based frameworks
