Now we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the iDeals Board product group who will play an important role in the company’s growth by owning and managing the product’s roadmap for one of our multiple cross-functional product teams (including engineers, designers, data analysts). Customer centricity, out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to find highly impactful problems and develop efficient solutions are key components for succeeding in this role. 

Being a senior member of the team, with our geographic and mid-segment expansion you will be deeply involved in 

– developing and executing our global strategy;

– adapting use cases, customer journey maps, and UX design from the existing large enterprise to the quickly growing segment of mid-size organizations;

– managing the entire product cycle, from the discovery to delivery of the country, jurisdiction, and segment-specific product features.

You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with multinational iDealers in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage a product roadmap. Ensure that the roadmap is aligned with the company’s vision and strategy;
  • Conduct market research, customer development, and user interviews to get insights and generate new ideas and hypotheses for the product;
  • Create and validate hypotheses for the product changes;
  • Create product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering teams;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to gather customers and users feedback and find actionable insights;
  • Contribute to Go-To-Market strategy and collaborate with the Content & Marketing teams to produce marketing materials;
  • Act as product evangelist both internally and externally.
  • WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED:

  • Extensive Product Management experience with B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise products;
  • Ability to understand the global industry and market trends to use those insights in product development;
  • Experience working both with qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to inform decisions;
  • Passion for the best possible user experiences supported by easy-to-use user interfaces and exceptional usability;
  • Experience of going through a full product development lifecycle: integrating customer needs into product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), driving prioritization, and pre/post-release execution;
  • Orientation on effective cross-functional collaboration via open, respectful, and empathic communication;
  • Proficiency in English (C1/Advanced);
  • Bonus point: understanding of corporate governance, environmental & social impact, and risk management and large and mid-sized organizations;
  • Bonus point: experience with Scrum and/or other agile-based frameworks.
