We are looking for a Senior International Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen the international hiring objectives. iDeals focuses on the quality of the talent acquisition process and prioritizes objective hiring. In this role you will focus on 2-3 international hiring projects, managing the candidate funnel from screening to job offer stage. You will be supported by a coordinator, souring specialists, and top-end recruitment tools to improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of the hiring process.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage recruitment cycle (screening, assessment, interviewing, closure)
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to fulfill business needs
  • Share expertise and guide the hiring project
  • Interview candidates using competency-based interviewing
  • Meet SLA, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
  • Provide excellent candidate experience
  • Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent
  • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
  • Utilize tools for efficient processing (we use Lever, HireVue, Gem, Monday, and Calendly on a daily basis)
  • Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities
  • Manage projects across EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and the USA
  • WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience with international recruitment in one or multiple regions
  • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior
  • Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
  • Knowledge of competency-based approach
  • Interest in closing non-tech positions
  • Understanding of international sourcing principles
  • Rapport and relationship-building skills
