The Role

We are looking for a Sales Trainer who will help us maximize the effectiveness and performance of our Sales Team, leading to increased business growth and maximum value for iDeals and our clients.

We’re looking for someone based in the UK, Germany, Spain, or the Netherlands. 

What You Will Do

  • Conduct training sessions for AEs, CSMs, and SDRs
  • Develop training structure and cadence
  • Take part in gaps defining process and identify growth areas for the Revenue team members
  • Contribute to personal development plans
  • Engage employees to habituate effective sales techniques
  • Help reinforce behaviors that lead to success
  • Develop soft/hard skills of the Revenue team
  • Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on best practices and overcoming job-related challenges
  • Track the impact of training on sales representative performance
  • What We Look For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B global Sales (Field Sales, Inbound Sales, Business Development, Customer Success Management, etc.), experience in SaaS will be a differentiating factor
  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated training role within the sales industry 
  • Extensive sales and market knowledge
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (C2), any other language will be a plus
  • Coaching experience will be a plus
