The Role

Our team has grown 4 times in the past 4 years, reaching 450 people in 30+ countries worldwide. As we actively scale our Sales function globally, we anticipate even faster growth ahead.

To continually enhance the services we provide to our clients, we are looking for a Sales Quality Control Specialist with advanced proficiency in English and Italian. In this role, you will review the Sales Agents’ work, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in their communication process with customers. Your impact will be critical to maintaining our high service standards and improving team productivity.  

Collaborating closely with 9 Sales Quality Control Specialists, 3 Data Entry Specialists, Sales Trainer, and an internationally distributed Sales Team, you will report to our Head of Sales Operations – Nelly Tytechko.

What You Will Do

  • Assess Sales Agents’ client communication and compliance with internal guidelines and metrics for quality
  • Generate reports and offer feedback based on quality check results 
  • Constantly refine Quality Control processes and procedures to increase the quality of sales activities
  • Collaborate with Managers to identify essential learning and training needs for Sales Agents’ productivity
  • Monitor emerging sales and business trends for potential implementation to enhance sales workflows and results
  • What We Look For

  • Strong proficiency in English and Italian (B2-C2 level)
  • 1.5+ years of international Sales experience
  • Expertise in Sales processes, including familiarity with key stages, goals, metrics, and effectiveness indicators
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and CRM
  • Strong critical thinking and systematic work approach with a commitment to quality
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High learning agility, ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt well to change
  • Nice To Have

  • Background in Quality Control in Sales, Back Office, Billing, or Database  Administration
