The Role
Our team has grown 4 times in the past 4 years, reaching 450 people in 30+ countries worldwide. As we actively scale our Sales function globally, we anticipate even faster growth ahead.
To continually enhance the services we provide to our clients, we are looking for a Sales Quality Control Specialist with advanced proficiency in English and French. In this role, you will review the Sales Agents’ work, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in their communication process with customers. Your impact will be critical to maintaining our high service standards and improving team productivity.
Collaborating closely with 9 Sales Quality Control Specialists, 3 Data Entry Specialists, Sales Trainer, and an internationally distributed Sales Team, you will report to our Head of Sales Operations – Nelly Tytechko.
