Sales Operations Tech Specialist

iDeals Solutions Group – an international B2B SaaS product company is currently expending sales operations team and looking for the Sales Operations Tech Specialist, who will be responsible for supporting, implementing, improving, and customization all the sales tech stack (CRM and other tech solutions).

Your mission will be to make the sales-flow easier and more comfortable for all the participants and increase efficiency through automatization of routine tasks.


  • Support and improve tech side of different sales processes to enable sales team to deliver high results;
  • Being responsible for automations of sales process, cross-departmental solutions implementation, issues resolution and troubleshooting;
  • Act as the owner of sales tech stack: maintain and improve all current processes,  manage current service providers, take actions in resolving any encountered issues, research a new service providers based on technical requirements related to business needs, building of custom integrations via REST API;
  • Execute routine work (i.e. PandaDocs sales templates management, data analysis for tactical decisions to be taken, issue troubleshooting, etc.);
  • Administrating of CRM system, answer all related questions regarding features and all connected services.

  • English B2;
  • Practical understanding of sales processes, their key stages, and goals and experience in flow automatization;
  • Strong experience with CRM systems: development principles, implement, support, and improvement for business needs;
  • Deep knowledge and advanced experience of SQL;
  • Hands-on experience with regular expressions, JSON, REST API (would be a plus);
  • General knowledge of main project management tools, methodologyes;
  • Critical thinking and systematic approach at work with the focus on high-quality standards;
  • Passionate about technology. You are keen to learn about how things work and explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand;
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
