Currently, we are expanding our Sales Operations team and we are looking for the Sales Operations Specialist (Field), who will вeing a mediator within Sales Team and between Sales Team and different functions within the organization, supporting and improving Field Sales processes, growing Field Sales Pipeline and being in charge for routine work and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support of current sales processes (field sales operations planning by searching for growth opportunities inside and outside of the company)
  • Review, evaluate and update of current processes. Bringing insights. Converting insights into action plans.
  • Create, establish and launch a new sales processes
  • Helping to the Sales Team with all and any questions related to Sales workflows, product questions, etc
  • Cross-department communication regarding Sales Team processes and needs
  • Maintaining the documentation for current and new processes
  • Leading projects/pilots
  • Requirements

  • English: C1
  • Business acumen
  • Experience in sourcing Leads / Data search and analysis
  • Projects framework knowledge
