The Role

The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To further maximize the effectiveness of our sales organization and accelerate this momentum, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Program Manager in the US.

We look for someone as passionate about people development as we are about growth and innovation. In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to continuously upskill our salespeople on evolving processes, tools, and product updates. Your focus on equipping our Sales team with the knowledge and resources they need to excel will have a direct impact on our rapid scaling globally.

What You Will Do

  • Create and deliver data-driven sales enablement programs for AE’s, CSM’s, and SDR’s
  • Liaise with sales leaders to identify revenue team members’ knowledge gaps and growth areas in product, tools, and process releases and updates
  • Create and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, certifications, and other scalable resources, ensuring they are current and readily accessible to the sales team
  • Plan, organize, and follow through on learning activities, and training sessions to ensure continuous reinforcement, processes, tools, and product knowledge fluency
  • Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on existing processes, tools, and product features
  • Partner with revenue operations teams to ensure sales team members have a thorough understanding of go-to-market strategies and follow processes
  • Track the impact of training on sales representatives’ performance
  • What We Look For

  • Proven background in Sales Organization or Revenue Operations to understand the specific, related tools and processes
  • 4+ years of experience in a dedicated role in sales enablement, program management, or learning and development in a high-performance sales organization
  • 3+ years of experience within a SaaS organization
  • Experience delivering end-to-end sales enablement programs
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDICC, BANT, SPIN, The Challenger etc.)
  • Accomplished project management skills
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Nice To Have

  • Enterprise sales experience 
  • Financial background, knowledge of key players and market trends
