We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Madrid, Spain. In this role, your main objective will be to target decision-makers in key accounts across Iberia to attain the set revenue goals. We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up.
What You Will be Doing:B2B mapping and performing outreach activities on named accounts in SpainProspect through outbound calls to cold leadsConduct comprehensive research of the customer’s persona before the initial contactOrganize demos for field sales with qualified prospectsProactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospectsCollect information and feedback on the prospects and move them through the qualification processHelp coordinating physical events, webinars, and distributing content from M&A Community IberiaActively contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategy for IberiaKeep a track record of personal sales activities in CRM
What We Look For:2+ years of experience in B2B outbound salesStrong business communication skills in English and SpanishKnowledge of best sales technics, professionally dealing with objections, and passing gatekeepersPrevious work experience in technological B2B SaaS industryFinancial background, knowledge of key players and market trendsTenacity to work rejections and resilience to become a hunter salesAbility to learn fast and adapt based on feedbackProficiency in building fast rapport with result-driven hunter mindset
