The Role

To support the rapid global growth plans for iDeals Board, we seek for multiple Sales Development Representative to join our team in Malaysia. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with small and medium-sized enterprises across various industries to boost iDeals Board adoption among new customers. You will have a unique opportunity to interact with C-level executives and key account decision-makers, making a direct impact on the success of iDeals Board.

We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of our expanding department and is an ideal starting point for a fulfilling B2B sales career within a hyper-growth environment.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with 70% base salary and 30% performance-based variable.

What You Will Do

  • B2B mapping and performing outreach activities on accounts across EMEA and US regions
  • Prospect through outbound calls to cold leads
  • Conduct comprehensive research of the customer’s persona before the initial contact
  • Organize demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on the prospects and move them through the qualification process
  • Actively contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategy
  • Keep a track record of personal sales activities in CRM
  • What We Look For

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B outbound sales
  • Strong business communication skills in English 
  • Knowledge of the best sales techniques, professionally dealing with objections, and passing gatekeepers
  • Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
  • Financial background, knowledge of key players and market trends
  • Tenacity to work rejections and resilience to become a hunter sales
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt based on feedback
  • Proficiency in building fast rapport with a result-driven hunter mindset

  • Proficiency in other languages: German, Spanish, French, or Italian
