iDeals, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team in charge of iDeals flagship product. This is a senior role in our product management team with a long-term mission on winning the leadership position in the Enterprise segment of the market. You’ll be in charge of forming and delivering product roadmap and driving new initiatives towards winning the largest customers across the world. You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate closely with multinational iDealers in Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.
The product you will be working on is already used by the world’s largest companies to run high-value and mission-critical projects, such as a cross-border sale of multi-billion dollar assets or development of revolutionary biotech products. Users of your product are collaborating around the most critical business information and their success is highly impacted by the quality, ease-of-use and security of functionality you design and deliver. Customer empathy, out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to develop highly efficient and impactful solutions are key components for succeeding in this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Manage the roadmap of the product in the Enterprise segment. Ensure that the roadmap is aligned to company vision and strategy.Conduct market research, customer development and user interviews to get insights and generate new ideas and hypotheses for the product.Create and validate hypotheses for the product changes.Create product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering teams.Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers and participate in customer development activities with prospects and delivery of tailored solutions for selected customers.Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to gather customers and users feedback and find actionable insights.Contribute to Go-To-Market strategy and collaborate with the Content & Marketing teams to produce marketing materials.Act as product evangelist both internally and externally.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:Proficiency in English (at least C1/Advanced).Extensive Product Management experience with B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise Software products.Knowledge of the Enterprise IT ecosystem and understanding of how Enterprise solutions are implemented.Ability to understand industry and market trends and apply those insights in product development.Hands-on experience in writing detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria.Ability to understand complex technical concepts and implications of business, design and technical decisions.Ability to learn fast, collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively.Experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodology.
