The Role
As iDeals keeps growing and developing, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist remotely in Ukraine to fill our team.
Collaborating closely with iDealers across 30 countries, you will report to the Director of People Operations and work with other 9 HR Specialists.
As a People Operations Specialist, you will handle the essential operational HR tasks that keep our global team running smoothly. From managing onboarding coordination and employment paperwork to overseeing benefits administration and HRIS updates, you’ll ensure our HR operations are efficient and organized.
