We are looking for a professional People Operations Specialist to join the International team from our Madrid location. In this role, your main objective will be to create the best employee journey experience for each iDealer by providing professional support in part of international employment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Ensure the employment process (onboarding/offboarding), including employment cases via EoR (employer of record) with total care about the quality of the process and outstanding employee experience
  • Cooperate with EoR: Launch new countries/locations, manage documentation and invoices, assisting employees with related requests
  • Be responsible for the management of the benefits package for local teams, as well as for advising and suggesting improvements
  • Provide research on country labor legislation overview and updates on the market of the best policies and practices in the employment area. Having meaningful cooperation with the Legal Team
  • Launch and update internal employment policies & procedures depending on the country’s differences
  • Provide professional support and data to the critical stakeholders on time. Recommending new approaches to affect continuous improvement in the department’s efficiency
  • Organize internal events and celebrations
  • Other tasks on request
  • WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Advanced English – both oral and written
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role (HR generalist: people programs, payroll, benefits, or other HR Operations) in a multinational environment
  • Experience in cooperation with different EoR
  • Knowledge of local & International labor legislations (Brazil & USA would be a plus)
  • Experience in benefit package initiative solutions for internal clients (employees and company)
  • Focus on finding the best with providers and partners. Experienced in negotiating and management
  • Customer-centric approach in communication with internal clients
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, collaborate, manage tasks and get things done
  • Experienced in Excel / Google Spreadsheets
