Now we are looking for Senior and Middle QA Engineers to enhance our VDR product. In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager and take part in important decisions to optimize and develop the QA processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Analyze project documentation to ensure a full understanding of business requirements and technical requirementsDevelop test plans and test coveragePerform an agreed set of test cases according to the test plan and release planProvide clear and accurate reporting on testing progress and resultsSearch, record, and track software bugsConduct repeated testing of corrected errorsExecute product regression testingRelease testingMetrics collectionCross-examine other engineers’ test plansWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
2+ years of experience in functional and non-functional testing ( web – must, mobile/ desktop – nice to have)Upper-Intermediate English levelParticipation in the end-to-end software development lifecycleStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience in analyzing project documentation to ensure a thorough understanding of business and technical requirementsDesigning relevant Test Cases/Checklists which will effectively execute the software under test, applicable to both new and existing product functionalityKnowledge of HTTPUnderstanding of continuous integration and automation testing toolsExperience with REST client toolsExperience with TFS/ Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar test management toolsNice to have:
Basic knowledge of SQL, XML/ JSON and related web technologiesDesire to develop in automated testing + some practical experience in it (commercial experience, pet projects, etc.)WHAT WE OFFER:
