We’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead to work with business stakeholders to define capability needs, develop a plan and ensure robust execution exceeding learning plan milestones. Ensure training material, delivery and approach is effective, aligned to other iDeals business training and continuously improved. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Drive L&D function, processes and teamEnsure professional growth of IDeals teams and team members by creating the best learning and development opportunitiesCover 4 main learning streams – basic, proficient, soft skills, leadership development – by searching and organizing learning activitiesDefine key learning objectives and training needs with stakeholders in different areas of our organizationMeasure the effectiveness of learning activitiesMaintain and further develop the process of Personal Development PlansHelp to grow and develop an expanding team of leads and leadership at all levels, so they’re equipped to face current and future challenges aheadLead the implementation of a new learning management system – AcademyOceanPartnering with the Performance Team to set their programs up for success, including tracking against project plans, capturing notes and action items in critical meetings, and regularly sending out status reports to relevant stakeholdersCollaborating and coordinating across the Performance Team for shared visibility of strategy, timelines, communication, training, and success metricsDeliver learning needs assessments, facilitation and evaluation of learning and development initiativesEnsure all learning and development deliverables accurately reflect the identified needs and reflect the culture and core values of all parties involvedContribute with expertise and efficiency to competence management assignments to drive development and implementation of guidelines in the competence frameworkCoordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other resources as needed to enable successful performance and utilization of the process or system to end-users
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:5+ years of experience working with learning initiatives (and at least 2 years in a leading role)Have a proven background or foundation in Learning and Development ideally in a similar corporate environmentPassion for facilitating and creating high-quality online courses and learning experiencesFamiliar with methodologies for instructional design and program developmentIn-depth knowledge and theoretical understanding of Learning and Development modelsExperienced in the implementation/management of a learning management systemComfortable working with and influencing senior partnersDigitally savvy and adept with a sense of Learning TechnologiesHighly resilient, adaptable to change and experienced at working at pace in a sophisticated cultureExcellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levelsMust be able to demonstrate a transparent background of success within design and delivery of learning solutionsA successful track record within Learning and Development or Talent function – working across the full training life cycle from training needs analysis to delivery and evaluationUpper-Intermediate level of English (B2 or higher), fluency in Ukrainian and\or Russian;
