The Role

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer, who will shape iDeals’ brand image and product visuals through strategically sound and visually impactful design across print and digital channels. As a senior creative, you will drive new concepts and deliver bespoke marketing materials (70%), while leading and managing a team (30%).

What You Will Do

  • Establish and implement guidelines for brand and marketing campaigns that maintain consistency and align with the company’s goals
  • Create visually compelling marketing and brand assets to support the company’s internal and external marketing efforts
  • Design eye-catching exhibition materials that effectively showcase iDeals’ brand at international events
  • Develop innovative concepts and designs for digital deliverables within the brand standards
  • Lead a team of two graphic designers, participate in their expertise development, and oversee the hiring and onboarding of new designers
  • Research and analyze new design approaches that will add value to the brand and the product
  • Ensure quality control during the production and printing stages, establishing requirements for the quality of design implementation
  • Work cross-functionally with other designers and the marketing team to develop new on-brand concepts and ideas
  • What We Look For

  • 9+ years of experience in brand, marketing or graphic design
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing experience in brand redesign emphasizing the creative process from concept to delivery
  • Experience with SaaS projects
  • C1 level proficiency in English, effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Team management experience
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Illustrator
  • Proven track record of creating clean, visually consistent designs across a range of channels and formats
  • Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and dedication to delivering refined designs on multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively take direction and work both independently and within a team
