We’re looking for International Talent Sourcer to support growth by creating and executing sourcing strategies to hire top talent worldwide.
You will be working closely with the International Talent Acquisition team in attracting a diverse and inclusive candidate pool mainly for non-tech roles. We would love to welcome a candidate with previous experience in sourcing across EMEA and APAC regions. What You Will Be Doing:Discover and engage with the best talent in the market to build current pipelines and future hiring needs through different channels.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the role’s requirements, the function, and how it fits into the organization, acting as a strategic sourcing advisorRegularly track pipeline metrics to share with internal stakeholders, recommend and drive improvements that impact specific pipeline areas.Strategize different ways to build & engage both passive & active talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and outreach campaignsDevelop marketing materials – email templates, pitches – reflecting our business goalsBe responsible for managing the existing database, keeping relevant information up to date, and re-engaging existing talent pools for the new requisitionsBe knowledgeable about iDeals and why people should work here, act as an ambassadorEngage in profile discussions and clarify recruitment requests
What You Should Have:3+ years of in-house or agency experience with sourcingInternational sourcing experience and interest in sourcing non-tech rolesFluent English to cooperate well with international recruiters and international candidates Outstanding research and sourcing skills (you definitely have more than boolean search up your sleeve)Strong interpersonal, effective business, and cross-cultural communicationHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & Client Relationship Management (CRM) — we use Lever & GemAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidatesSuccessful track record of working within global geography & multicultural environment
