Requirements:Fluent C1-C2 level of EnglishMiddle-level recruitment experienceHandled full-cycle recruitment process worldwideExperienced in conducting interviewsExperience in building candidates funnels and job boards management Able to work within United States time zonesPrevious experience in hiring non-tech specialists Learns fast, transparent with strong analytical skillsStrong English business communication. Small talk skills.

Expected performance results:Successfully manage 1-2 recruitment projects simultaneously in the United StatesClose vacancies in time and accordance with the established processMeet deadlines and SLA of the recruitment processPartner with hiring manager to understand and prioritize hiring needsInterview candidates to assess for culture and skill fit using Competency-based interview techniquesWork full time on recruitment projects during the next six months
