We’re looking for an exceptional International Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage global recruitment projects. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process’s complete cycle, mainly for commercial and executive functions across the USA, LATAM, and Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Successfully manage recruitment projects across different locations
  • Close vacancies in time and accordance with the established process
  • Meet deadlines and SLA of the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring team to understand and prioritize business needs
  • Interview candidates to assess for culture and skill fit using competency-based interview techniques
  • Maintain high quality of interactions within project teams
  • Fill candidates funnel with the best market experts
  • WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Three and more years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience of hiring internationally (USA, LATAM, Europe) 
  • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior 
  • Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects 
  • Knowledge of competency-based approach 
  • Interest in closing non-tech positions
  • Understanding of international sourcing basic principles 
  • Skills in setting up international job boards, referrals sources
