The Role

The Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To support the rapid expansion of the iDeals VDR line of business in LATAM region, we are looking for a professional Inside Sales Account Executive to join us in Brazil remotely. As a member of our Inside Sales team, you wil be managing the incoming requests from prospective clients from Brazil and Latin America and convert them into actual paying customers using different sales techniques.

What You Will Do

  • Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demo, live meetings) from potential customers in assigned territory
  • Help customers solve complex problems using iDeals’ modern internal tools and techniques
  • Deliver high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate through sales techniques and compliant sales processes
  • Present the product to customers via online/offline demonstrations
  • Collect and share market insights to improve the sales process
  • Deliver the best on-the-market buying experience
  • Participate in arranging M&A Community events to boost iDeals visibility
  • What We Look For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish (C2+) and English (C1+)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objections handling skills
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mentality
  • Motivated self-starter with enthusiasm and high energy
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with high level of autonomy
  • Experience developing customer rapport and effective relationships
  • Ability to quickly process and assimilate new information (product, business and customer need)
  • Prior experience of using a CRM platform
  • Nice To Have

  • SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security industries background
  • Experience in selling financial products or services
  • Fluency in additional language
