Chief Product Officer – Board Portal

Recently iDeals entered the Board Portal Software market through the acquisition of a vendor in this space. The product is a board meeting management software suite that empowers governing bodies at organizations to streamline their collaboration. Boards of Directors and other committees employ the software to structure and run their meetings efficiently, distribute information securely, accelerate decision making and track strategic action items along with maintaining compliance. The product is mature and competitive, used by around a hundred of high-profile customers globally. 

We are currently looking for a Chief Product Officer to develop and execute iDeals Board Portal product strategy, lead product management team, contribute to creation and execution of Go-To-Market strategy and work closely with sales & marketing teams to scale customer base. In this role, you will report to the CEO and be a vital member of the leadership team at iDeals.


  • Drive ongoing development of the product strategy — synthesize and implement ideas for the product strategy in order to increase its market share.
  • Hire, develop, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to Product Managers, Product Designers, Analysts and others under your report.
  • Develop the team’s product management expertise — introduce new approaches and tools to deliver more impactful and high-quality results in all stages: hypothesis ideation and validation, PRDs development and review, product changes delivery and success metrics measurement.
  • Lead product management processes to improve the team’s productivity — set up an environment for highly efficient and impactful product management.
  • Track and evolve business metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements in business KPIs through product changes, such as Lead-to-Sales conversions, LTV, NPS, etc.
  • Lead the evolution of the customer journey and continuously improve product’s UI and UX.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to enable collaboration on market research, surveys and customer/user feedback to find insights.
  • Work with VP of Engineering and Engineering Managers on strengthening and optimizing software development delivery processes aimed to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of the product roadmap.
  • Act as product evangelist both internally and externally.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software.
  • Exposure to corporate governance use cases or proven ability to learn quickly and gain expertise and contacts in a new field.
  • Hands-on experience with defining product roadmap as well as forming and validating product hypotheses, defining product metrics and success criteria.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills — the ability to drive people forward to very challenging and ambitious goals.
  • Ability to set up strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, industry trends, competitive analysis.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including data gathering and analytics, user interviews, and ability to apply them in hypothesis ideation and validation, and understanding of buyer and user behaviour.
  • Ability to build solid go-to-market strategies and effectively collaborate with sales and marketing teams in its implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functional areas with demonstrated strong capabilities in communicating and interfacing with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support.
