Currently, we`re looking for a strong Accounts Receivable Lead who will help us to perform effective debt collections and be responsible for payment collections while maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, internal finance, legal, customer support, sales teams, and cross-functional business partners.

Your Expected Outcomes:

  • Meet targeted cash collection metrics, reducing past due, bad debt exposure and other quantitative targets;
  • Develop and support an effective accounts receivable process from scratch involving different teams on specific stages;
  • Search, set up and monitor collaboration with local and international external services – call centers, collectors, lawyers, etc.;
  • Set up cooperation and work closely with sales and service teams to ensure credits/adjustments are researched and processed;
  • Coordinate an automation, data integration and data transfer projects;
  • Develop and implement new initiatives of an effective debt collection;
  • Analyze the process bottlenecks, facilitate the resolution of billing disputes with customers and internal teams;
  • Develop, implement and monitor SLAs on a debt collection process;
  • Effectively lead an internal collections team, prioritization and task management.
  • Your Competency Profile:

  • Successful background in managing various back office operations teams;
  • Commitment to excellence in collections and customer service;
  • Proven experience in end-to-end processes development and implementation;
  • Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams;
  • Passion for uncovering customer needs, problem-solving, and providing a positive experience for our internal and external partners;Excellent skills in negotiation and oral/written communication;
  • Ability to work quickly with large amounts of data, segmentation;
  • Upper-Intermediate + English;
  • Will be a Plus:

  • Knowledge of international laws and regulations and world collections experience;
  •  Credit, Collections, Customer Service, Billing, Call Centers background.
