We are looking for a talented Event Manager to join our team in the Shanghai office. In this role, your main objective will be to plan and execute local and international M&A Community events, regularly update the M&A Community websites, arrange promo activities, generate reports, and to review event stacks, in order to coordinate a constant flow of our M&A Community events.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Take the full responsibilities of the event including the planning, delivering, and post-event management
  • Manage M&A platform, mainly includes publishing events and insights
  • Manage events’ pipeline, including but not limited to: plan events for all locations and support their preparation, recruit speakers, arrange gifts’ delivery, arrange timely publications on all social media resources, explore local opportunities for webinars’ promotion, lead creation of visual content, arrange dry runs before events, etc.
  • Coordinate people involved in the process -Collect feedbacks and prepare reports on expenditures and event participants
  • Coordinate monthly newsletter’s creation
  • WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years experience in full-stack event planning, management and executions; obtains a deep understanding on event cycle
  • Excellent communication skill with a client-oriented mind
  • Analytical, strong problem-solving skills -Good writing skills
  • Tool experience in Mailchimp and Zoom Webinar
  • Nice to have international event management experience
  • Native in Chinese, Business level English
