As our business continues to grow year to year in a number of new countries, we are expanding our People team to pursue the vision of creating an exceptional employee experience for iDealers. With this in mind, we are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist based in Ukraine or Poland who will build a holistic approach around engagement and well-being, enabling employees to have a voice and be at their best.

This role is a perfect fit for someone who wants to be on the cutting edge with employee experience practices, work with the latest market trends, and help people based in multiple locations around the globe grow and be successful.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • iDealers Voice and Engagement:
  • Administering the Employee Experience (EE) platform;
  • Coordinating and administering People/ Pulse/ Engagement surveys within the company;
  • Analyzing the results of people surveys;Fining and sharing insights with relevant Team Leads;
  • Provide user support for an EE platform usage;
  • Supporting various projects/initiatives across different people functions focuses on employee experience; leading small/ middle projects;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company on employee engagement projects and initiatives.
  • On- and Off-boarding oversight:
  • Regularly monitoring the success criteria;
  • Monitoring market trends and practices to suggest program improvements and capture lessons learned;
  • Conducting offboarding interviews.
  • Other responsibilities:
  • Participating in the recognition program creation, development, and implementation at the company;
  • Participating in the Employee journey design;
  • Defining and addressing key pain points within employee retention; suggesting and implementing solutions;
  • Working in close cooperation with Team Leads for early warning of risks and potential issues; suggesting solutions proactively;
  • Coordinating special case follow-ups.
  • WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Min 3 year experience in several HR areas (e.g., People Partner, HRBP);
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2);
  • Knowledge of fundamentals about the employee experience \ engagement;
  • Experience running employee engagement program(s);
  • Strong survey design skills; 
  • Experience running on/off-boarding programs;
  • Profound project management skills;
  •  Experience with HRIS. Experience implementing HRIS would be an advantage; 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills;
  • Drive to deliver the best employee experience;
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze information and processes and draw accurate conclusions
