iDeals, a fast-growing software company, is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our multi-national team delivering the best customer experience every day.

More than 3,000 customers, including LG, PwC, HP, EY, Deloitte, inspire us to grow and develop every day – to improve our product, service, and every part of our business. With a team of 300 people, we are located in 11 countries and speak 10+ languages.

As our customer base has been growing constantly we are extending our Customer Support team and are looking for a passionate service professional to take a sit at our supercharged rocket! Looking forward to welcoming you aboard!

What you’ll need:

  • Native Ukrainian/Russian speaker with excellent business communication skills
  • Advanced English (C1) both oral and written
  • Experience in customer service (b2b or b2c)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Focus on clients
  • Responsibility and proactive work ethic
  • Ability and readiness to work fully remotely
  • Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish would be a strong plus
  • What you’ll do:

  • Processing client requests via calls, chats, and emails
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with the company’s security policy
  • Resolving technical problems according to the troubleshooting guides
  • Holding product training for customers
  • Interaction with the engineering and product teams for solving client cases
  • From time to time: taking over additional tasks, if necessary – e.g., writing content to support users or documenting internal procedures, etc.
