We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Middle/Senior) to join our multinational team delivering the best customer experience. We are looking for a passionate service professional to take a seat at our supercharged rocket! Looking forward to welcoming you aboard!

Team, you will work with: Support Team, Quality Control Team, Knowledge Management Team, Supervisor, and Head of Customer Support.

Location: remote from Germany.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri: 8-hour daily shifts from 9 am / 10 am / 11 am

Once/twice per month: Sat/Sun shift from 7 am to 7 pm

No night shifts!

Steps:

– Test Task 2 (Hard skills & Competencies)

– Interview with the Head of Customer Support

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist (online communications)
  • Technical background (experience with tech products is a huge plus)
  • German – Native speaker
  • English – Fluent in both oral and written (C1)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Focusing on clients
  • Analytical & operational thinking skills
  • Decision-making skills & responsibility
  • As a plus: French – Upper-Intermediate (B2)
  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Processing client requests via calls (10%), chats, and emails
  • Continuous in-depth study of product and process updates
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with the company’s security policy
  • Interaction with the engineering and product teams for solving client cases
  • Regular updating of information based on all support channels, technical, and product changes
  • Tasks completion for internal customers
