To enhance and shape our team in Shanghai we are looking for a senior-level Customer Support Representative in this area. We need a person with customer at heart, driven by helping others and is ready to solve complicated tasks in a quick and efficient way.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Processing client requests (calls, chats, and letters) in Chinese and EnglishEnsuring strict confidentiality of client information following the company’s security policyResolving technical problems under the instructionsHolding product training for customersRegular updating of information on all updates in support channels, technical and product changesInteraction with the technical / product team for solving client casesFrom time to time: taking over additional tasks, if necessary – e.g., writing content to support users or documenting internal procedures, etc.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:Native Chinese speaker with excellent business communication skillsAdvanced to fluent English language proficiency (C1-C2)2 – 4 years of experience in customer service (b2b or b2c)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailFocus on clientsResponsibility and proactive work ethicYou must be currently in Shanghai to be considered
