Now we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist for our Customer Support Operations Team with a mission of supporting and developing high-level standards of customer service. This is a strategic role with an impact on the delivery of the Company’s mission – Best Customer Experience.
Team, you will work with: 4 Service Quality Assurance Specialists, Knowledge Manager, Service Quality Assurance Lead and Customer Support Team.
